We collect this information in order to (a) establish a free membership with Sibillastyle.it; (b) enable you to reserve accommodations online; and (c) if necessary, to allow the company or property Owner to contact you for customer service issues.

In accordance with article n. 10 of Italian Law 196/2003, Sibilla Style and Resorts Srl states:
a) The data collected via the registration form are used to finalize activation of reservation services.
b) Submitting personal data is mandatory in order to activate the reservation services for the user. Refusal to submit personal data denies access to the reservation services.
c) The data collected will be transferred to individuals in charge to exploit services connected to the reservation service and transferred to others exclusively to commit the reservation service.
d) The registered user is guaranteed by article n.13 of the Italian Law 196/2003.

The registered user is solely responsible for maintaining the integrity of personal passwords and account information.
