IL LOGGIATO Bed and Breakfast came into being after the decision was made to restructure an old building dating back to 1300. There are many elements which highlight the past: characteristic wooden beams on the ceilings, antique terracotta floortiles, the warm, cosy loft with a particularly fascinating opening onto the main lounge.

Restructuring made it possibile to create six magnificent rooms, each with characteristic decorative elements like an antique coat of arms or a canopied bed or the splendid view of the mysterious and mystical thermal bath of Bagno Vignoni.

Next to the Bed and Breakfast is their own wine bar, where the owners will be pleased to extend their hospitality to you their guests.

IL LOGGIATO wine bar is open every day from 10am until midnight. The small number of tables makes booking essential. Next to a well-stocked wine cellar, you could enjoy typical dishes like “polenta arraciata”, bread soup, a type of corn known as spelt (farro), crisp bread with melted sheepsmilk cheese and aubergine, sheepsmilk cheese and sausages and many more.

The wine bar offers its guests the possibility of tasting and enjoying the best oil produced in the region, DOP, serving them on excellent bruschette.

Its characteristics and unique location, the always favourable climate, the ease of getting there,
the close vicinity to the major cities in the province of Siena, make of the Bed and Breakfast IL LOGGIATO, an optimal base for those who want to visit Tuscany and taste its best flavours.

Where we are

IL LOGGIATO Bed and Breakfast is situated in the small village of Bagno Vignoni, a few kilometers from San Quirico d’Orcia, along the state road (SS) Via Cassia, in the direction of Rome.

Arriving at the village, accessibile by car only for the residents, there is ample public parking less than 100m.away.

There are no indications to the Bed and Breakfast but, given the size of the village, it will not be difficult to find it. La Locanda (The Inn) and the Bed and Breakfast are in a square behind the arcades that. frame, he fabulous thermal bath on one side.
